Yokohama Japanese Express: Authentic Japanese Flavors in Georgetown, SC

Finally I found a place that has excellent Oriental food. Fast efficient and I'm very pleased with the flavor and quality of their food. The entrees make at least two meals for me.

I love this place and have loved it since it opened. Best Japanese Hibachi around. One of the best things about moving back to the area is having this place nearby. For ten years of living far away, every time I passed through Georgetown, I had to stop here to eat. This restaurant will always hold a special place in my heart and stomach. My favorites are the filet mignon and fried rice. Staff is always very friendly and the food is always delicious. Love this place so much.

Still tastes the same as I remembered it 16yrs ago. Never change Yokohama, and definitely expand the business to Georgia, and even overseas. Definitely worth it, tastes amazing, atmosphere was great and pricing was very reasonable

The food is very good here. Honestly I don't ever remember eating from here and not being satisfied with the food. Usually, I have leftovers when eating from here. The prices are pretty reasonable compared to other places to get food from in the area. Plus you pay a good price for the amount of food they give you on your plate. I usually always get takeout when eating from here but you can dine in if you prefer. Overall it is a great place to get a delicious meal at a fairly decent price.

This is the BEST Japanese food I have ever had. The meat is something serious! So tender, so good, flavored well! I ate mine over three days and it was so good and juicy every time I heated it! Tasted like it just come off the grill. I got the chicken and filet! Great portions. Great place. Clean. Very friendly, FRESH. Sauce great! Just unbelievably great all the way around. And let me tell you, I’m picky. I’m not an easy judger. This is such a great place to stop in at! Loved it soooo much. Every time I ate the food I said the entire time. “My god what is this, what did they do to this food, it’s so good” go get you some chicken!

Great food, fast service, the restaurant part itself seems a bit short of ambiance, but what do you expect. It's not like it's a fine dining style restaurant. It's great for a quick dinner solution when no one wants to cook. The 2 meat bowls with veggies are big enough that my husband and I share it.

I love the food!!! But they close to early. They should at least stay open till 10....

They try to hard trying to push the food out that at times if you're not careful & watchful of it/with it you could whine up eating raw steak & for some folks that might be right up their alley but however with me it's the complete opposite of that in which I like my steak to be cooked completely with no pink. I've always said if it's red then it's not dead!! And, I'm not eating any meat that's still mooing at me from my plate dish, lol. Also I only ever order the steak bowl from them everything I dine there.
